The license key will be sent to the email address you entered for the purchase shortly. If you do not receive the license key within a few minutes of purchasing, please check your Spam or Promotion E-mail folder just in case it was incorrectly classified as spam or promotion email.

In case you still have not received your license key, please contact us or Stripe support to check if there might be a slight typo error on the email address registered upon purchase which hindered you from receiving the download/license information.

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with your license key included immediately. Then you can download the latest version of DispCam from Download Center and use the license key to activate it for getting the full version.

DispCam is subscription-based, meaning that your annual subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of your subscription term.

If you want to disable it to avoid renewal charges, you must do so before the renewal date. Please send an email to support@dispcam.com to cancel the auto-renewal, and we'll help you cancel it.

After the renewal, you will receive a new license. Please tap on the Menu icon of DispCam, then click "Register" > "Change Account" and enter the new license to activate the program again.

Yes, you still have access to use the full version of the program for the remainder of your billing period. And you can go to the Registration window of the program to check the expiration date.

When the subscription expires, the program will revert to the free trial version. Repurchase will be required if you want to keep using the full version.

Sorry, you can't. If you'd like to get lifetime access to DispCam after a period of using, you need to buy the lifetime plan additionally.
